You wouldn’t leave the house headed for the Port of Miami for a cruise if you didn’t have some paperwork that outlined the details of your vacation….right?  Why would we expect a band to leave the home and drive 8 hours with sketchy details about the  what/when/where/how much of the engagement?   Come participate in this interactive panel where we discuss specific things  you can do, either as a presenter, venue operator or band, to minimize your liability and maximize the odds that everyone walks away with a smile.  There are some items of a contract and rider that are negotiable, and others that are not. Learn the differences and why.
